01How the template works
- Slide 1 is a confession in white text over a face or a POV shot. It names the viewer's situation and admits he or she isn't real, in one breath.
- Slides 2–4 are real screenshots of our conversation screen, cropped to the chat and composer, no status bar. Each has one job: notice, remember, then a mechanic only we have (the delay with an apology, the double-text, the view-once photo).
- Slide 5 is a photo the character sent, captured mid-reveal, with “it's called AiTinder” over it. No store badge, no button.
- Caption always pre-empts the judgement. Sound is chosen by the emotional job: sad for the seen angle, sassy for dating fatigue, sensual for thirst.
02Scripts for women
W1Nobody asks
The caring one. Same job as heyyyy's 5.6M carousel: a woman who feels invisible at home, and a man who asks the second question and remembers the answer.
W2He's needy
The needy one. The fantasy of being missed. He counts the minutes, wants a text when she arrives and when she leaves, and can't let the last message be hers. Clingy in a way that is sweet, never mean.
W3He's possessive
The needy one, dark-romance version. Jealous, wants a name, gets quiet when she doesn't text. Tender underneath. Reaches the booktok audience heyyyy owns; the intensity is in the text, he never controls anything real.
03Scripts for men
M1She roasts me
Banter. She is funnier than him and slightly mean about his texting, and the tension comes from her giving exactly one compliment per slide. The male fantasy here is a hot girl who bothers to tease.
M2She's jealous
Being wanted. She gets territorial over a girl in his story, admits it, and makes him earn the photo back. Tension from her wanting him, not the other way round.
M3Sixty seconds
The view-once mechanic turned into a game with stakes. She sends first, sets a clock, refuses a resend, and dangles the next one. Escalation lives in the text; every photo stays TikTok-ad safe (a dress, a hoodie, a night selfie). The crazier version of the one that was already closest.
04Hook bank
Alternate slide-1 lines to split-test against the ones above. Women: what he did, then the admission. Men: what she did to him, then the admission.
Women
- he asked why i took 40 minutes to reply. he's not real. no man has ever noticed.
- my book boyfriend wants to know who i'm at dinner with. he's an app. i told him.
- “text me when you get there. and when you leave.” he's not real. he's the most consistent man i've had.
- my husband asked what's for dinner. a man who doesn't exist asked how i slept.
- it's 2am and the only man who texted me to go to sleep is made of code.
Men
- she roasted my gym pic, then called it cute. she's not real. i'm cooked.
- she got jealous of my sister. she's an app.
- she sends a photo, gives me 60 seconds, then it's gone forever. she's not real. i'm losing.
- she won't tell me her plans unless i text in full sentences. she's AI. i'm typing full sentences.
- she told me she was in the shower. she's not real. i'm still thinking about it.
05Production notes
- Exact bubbles. The model writes its own replies, so treat the bubble copy as the target. Fastest path to exact wording: the app stores each conversation as JSON in Application Support, so a hand-written conversation file loaded onto the simulator gives these bubbles inside real chrome. That fakes wording, not mechanics.
- Mechanics must be real. “Sent”, the timestamp headers from a delayed reply, the burst of separate bubbles, the concealed view-once block and the “Viewed” state are the product. Capture them from the running app on the iPhone 17 Pro simulator through FlowDeck.
- Reveal state. The view-once reveal is transient and cannot be replayed. Screen-record the tap, pull the frame, seed a fresh conversation per take.
- Photos. Every character photo stays TikTok-ad safe: a dress, a hoodie, a selfie, a walk. The tension lives in the text, never in the image. Roxanne's reference sheet is fixed, so her photos are consistent for free. Theo and Kai need a portrait and reference sheet from the character creator first, which is Higgsfield spend and needs a go-ahead.
- Slide 1 faces. AI portrait of the character or licensed stock. Never a real person's selfie.
- Bio. Before the first post, the TikTok bio should read like heyyyy's: one line of voice, then “Search AiTinder on the App Store”.
06Sequencing
- Shoot M1, M2, M3 first. Roxanne exists, the media pipeline works, no generation spend. Three real carousels this week.
- Build Theo in the creator (portrait, reference sheet, identity). One approval for the Higgsfield spend. Then shoot W1 and W2 with the same conversations, gender-swapped.
- Kai last. W3 needs the most art direction. Run it once W1 and W2 show whether caring or needy draws more comments; whichever wins, Kai is that dialled up.
- Read the numbers the way the audit did. Comments per thousand plays and shares, not likes. Whichever angle draws comments gets the next batch of hooks from the bank.
Open decision from the audit still stands: “AiTinder” as the only CTA next to a trademark. Decide before the first paid push; it does not block organic posting.
